Classic Spanish bar snacks alongside Puerto Rican coquito and seasonal Vermont produce — a menu drawn from family histories and the lives we’ve lived in Vermont and NYC. Menus change with the season. Beer, wine, and zero-proof always on hand.

We call ourselves a sapphic bar to name our axis — warmth, acceptance, joy, opulence, family, care. Our hope is that people of all races, genders, and orientations feel celebrated when they walk through our doors.

GAYBAR is a genre-hopping, queer DJ with a soft spot for the indie sleaze era, which she’ll be bringing in spades to the living room at Doma on Friday, September 11th. She prefers her tomatoes very firm, takes an unreasonable number of photos of her friends, and will probably want to talk to you about your favorite horror movie.
